GREENVILLE — A Ludlow Falls, Ohio, man could face up to 25 years in prison after pleading guilty to gross sexual imposition Tuesday in Darke County Common Pleas Court.

Lonie E. Fourman, 59, represented in court by defense attorney Jose Lopez, pleaded guilty to five, third-degree felony counts of gross sexual imposition. He was jailed in April, accused of sexually inappropriate contact with two minors under the age of 13. The conduct reportedly took place from 2007 to 2012 in Darke County. The plea came a day before he was scheduled to go on trial.

In exchange for pleading guilty to five counts, the Darke County Prosecutor’s Office, represented by Assistant Prosecutor Deborah Quigley, agreed to drop an additional 10 counts of gross sexual imposition.

Judge Jonathan P. Hein informed Fourman he could face up to five years in prison and a fine of $10,000 on each count when sentenced. Upon finishing his prison sentence, he will be on post-release control for at least five years and must register as a Tier II sex offender for 25 years.

Fourman will be sentenced September 25. He remains in custody at the Darke County Jail on $150,000 bond.
