FORT RECOVERY – The Fort Recovery Historical Society & Project Recovery will be holding its annual One of a Kind Auction on Sunday, Oct. 20, 5-9 p.m., in the elementary/middle school auditeria. The theme of the auction is Tailgates and Touchdowns. This event has become the major source of funds to support the maintenance of historical sites and the Visitors Center in the community.

Tickets are on sale at Kaup Pharmacy or from members of the Fort Recovery Historical Society & Project Recovery. Tickets are $10, which includes your bid number and the appetizer and dessert buffet catered by the Psi Iot Xi Sorority.

The special raffle items this year include a white gold ladies ring with 41 round diamonds totaling 0.38 carats valued at $1,190, a Ruger 22 LR Wild Hog rifle and a SS Marlin 22 long rifle.

Some of the auction items will be on display in Mays TV window after Sept. 27 and can be viewed on the event page of The Fort Recovery Museum/Historical Society Facebook page.

Credit card use will be available at the auction.
