GREENVILLE – Jonathan P. Hein Judge of the Darke County Court of Common Pleas, reported on the following actions undertaken by the Court for the month of February:

Thirty-five new civil cases were filed or reopened; 43 civil cases were completed; 152 total civil cases remain pending.

There were 14 new criminal (felony) cases filed.; 21 criminal cases were completed; 42 criminal cases remain pending.

Regarding domestic relations cases, 40 new cases or motions were filed or reopened; 30 cases or motions were completed, a total of 121 cases remain pending as of the end of February.
