-10:32 a.m.: trespassing. Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 400 block of East Fifth Street and found a former resident, Rebecca Myers, had trespassed on the property. Police were to warn Myers for criminal trespass.

-10:50 p.m.: warrant. Jason Kinser was found to have an active warrant out of Mercer County for criminal trespass and obstructing official business. He was transferred to Fort Recovery Police and incarcerated in Mercer County Jail on a bond of $1,500.

Aug. 8

-10:43 a.m.: theft. Police responded to the 5400 block of State Route 49 on a report of a stolen iPhone.

-10:13 p.m.: drugs. Police responded to the 400 block of East Fifth Street on a drug complaint. A property caretaker found several items of drug paraphernalia in an apartment. No charges were filed.

Aug. 9

-1:02 a.m.: drug paraphernalia. Isaac Savage was cited for drug paraphernalia and Tiana Brock was cited for a curfew violation.
