DARKE COUNTY - The Goat King, Queen, Prince and Princess were crowned Saturday evening at the Great Darke County Fair after a brief interview with the judging panel, consisting of Jenna Cline, 2014 Darke County Fair Queen; Miranda Linscott, 2014 Union County Fair Queen; Morgan McKinney, 2014 Darke County First Runner-Up Queen; and Andrew Wright, 2014 Darke County First Runner-Up King.


Evan Pohlman, 15, a member of the Patterson Patchers was crowned the Goat King, while Emma Savers, 17, a member of the Kountry Kids 4-H Club, was crowned the Goat Queen.


Blake Addis, 9, Blue Angels 4-H Club and Darke County Beef 4-H Club, through which he shows his goats, was crowned the Goat Prince, with Deanna Hesson, 13, a member of the Patterson Patchers 4-H Club was crowned the princess. Hesson’s sister, Danielle, was 2013’s Goat Princess.
