GREENVILLE — Randall and Carolyn Clay will be appearing in concert at 10 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 25 at the Lighthouse Christian Center off of Sebring-Warner Road east of Greenville.

The Clays have been in the family ministry for more than 42 years. When they first started, they traveled with their three small children, teaching and singing. Later, their two sons and daughter began ministries of their own.

Today, Randall and Carolyn continue to travel, teach and sing all across the country.

He started singing gospel music 58 years ago. As a young man in West Virginia, he formed his first group. Along with singing, he is an accomplished teacher on “the family.” He sees an ever growing need today for family ministry. He stresses the meaning of being a spiritual blessing and a positive role model.

She teaches and sings with him. She encourages women to accept their role as Godly women, wives and mothers. She addresses the challenges women face today while trying to balance the busy schedules of home, family and career.

The teaching and music ministry can be presented in several formats. A Sunday morning and evening service, a four-day (Sunday through Wednesday), seminar or a weekend seminar (Friday night and Saturday morning). All of these have proven to be successful.

They travel in a self-contained motor home so motel accommodations are not needed.
