BRADFORD – The Bradford girls basketball team beat Newton 40-34 in a non-conference game on Saturday.
Mackenzie Weldy led Bradford with 17 points in the game, and Kelly Moore scored 13.
Madison Mollette led Newton with a game-high 20 points while Aliya Stine scored seven.
Bradford improved to 7-11 with the victory. Newton fell to 11-7.
