Bradford boys basketball team loses at Parkway

ROCKFORD – Parkway pulled away in the fourth quarter to defeat the Bradford boys basketball team 59-44 on Saturday.

Parkway led 16-13 through one quarter and 29-23 at halftime. The Railroaders cut the deficit to 5 points, 39-34, in the third quarter before Parkway finished strong to win 59-44.

Andy Branson had 13 points, two rebounds, two steals and one assist for Bradford. Josh Phillips had 13 points, three rebounds and two assists. Alex Swabb had 9 points, six assists, two rebounds and two steals. Parker Smith had 6 points, four assists, two rebounds and two steals. Walker Branson had 3 points, five rebounds, three assists and one steal.

Bradford fell to 2-12 with the loss, and Parkway improved to 4-10.
