Bradford’s Karmen Knepp sets school record in 1,600 meter run in track and field meet at Celina

CELINA – Bradford’s Karmen Knepp set a school record in the 1,600 meter run during a three-team track and field meet on Tuesday at Celina.

During the meet against Celina and Fort Recovery, Knepp finished second in the girls 1,600 meter run with a school record time of 5:25.37.

In the team standings, the Bradford girls finished second behind Celina with and ahead of Fort Recovery. The Bradford boys finished third behind champion Celina and runner-up Fort Recovery.

Along with her school record in the 1,600 meters, Knepp won the girls 3,200 meter race with a time of 11:43.87.

Maia Stump won the girls long jump by jumping 15 feet 6 inches.

Kyle Mills finished second in the boys high jump by clearing 5 feet 4 inches.

The Railroaders’ Jacob McQuinn, Kegan Fair, Andrew Moyer and Josh Haney finished second in the boys 4×100 meter relay in 59.38.

Bradford’s Kyle Mills, Kurt Hoover, Nick Mowry and Jay Roberts finished second in the boys 4×400 meter relay in 3:56.4.

Kurt Hoover finished third in the boys 400 meter dash with a time of 56.97. He finished third in the boys 200 meter dash in 24.74.

Hayden Dickerson finished third in the boys 300 meter hurdles in 48.13.

Mercedes Smith finished third in the girls 400 meter dash in 1:06.30.

Bradford’s girls 4×400 meter relay team of Maia Stump, Mercedes Smith, Tori Derstine and Adria Roberts finished third in 4:57.06.

Maia Stump finished fourth in the girls 100 meter dash in 14.25.

Mercedes Smith finished fourth in the girls 200 meter dash in 29.64. She finished fourth in the girls long jump by jumping 14 feet 6 inches.

Adria Roberts finished fourth in the girls high jump by clearing 4 feet 4 inches.

Jay Roberts finished fourth in the boys 800 meter run in 2:30.72.

Kyle Mills finished fourth in the boys 400 meter dash in 57.32.

Kurt Hoover finished fourth in the boys long jump by jumping 18 feet.

Shane Bryan finished fifth in the boys 800 meter run in 2:34.05. He finished fifth in the boys 3,200 meter run in 13:02.73.

Jay Roberts finished fifth in the boys 1,600 meter run with a time of 5:16.25.

Kyle Mills finished fifth in the boys 200 meter dash in 25.32.

Jacob McQuinn finished fifth in the boys discus with a throw of 104 feet 2 inches. He finished fifth in the boys shot put with a toss of 36 feet 1.5 inches.

Maia Stump finished fifth in the girls 200 meter dash in 29.91.

Adria Roberts finished sixth in the girls 300 meter hurdles in 1:01.47.

Hayden Dickerson finished sixth in the boys long jump with a jump of 16 feet 6.75 inches. He finished seventh in the boys 100 meter dash in 13.22

Nick Mowry finished seventh in the boys 400 meter dash in 1:00.90. He finished eighth in the boys 200 meter dash in 26.27.

Jared Shellabarger finished eighth in the boys 800 meter run in 2:48.30.

Thomas Wilt finished eighth in the boys long jump with a jump of 14 feet 9 inches.

Jared Shellabarger finished ninth in the boys 1,600 meter run in 6:01.75.

Hayden Dickerson finished ninth in the boys 200 meter dash in 26.88.

Tori Derstine finished ninth in the girls 400 meter dash in 1:10.98.

Courtney Smidutz finished 10th in the girls 100 meter dash in 15.24.

Erica Gaynor finished 10th in the girls 200 meter dash in 33.13.

Thomas Wilt finished 10th in the boys 200 meter dash in 27.58.
