Ohio State Benefit Pull kicks off at York Woods

ANSONIA – The 10th annual Ohio State Benefit Pull kicked off Friday night at York Woods. The competition included SS Diesel Trucks, Mini Rods, UNL Super Stocks and Super Modified Tractors.

For the Unlimited Super Stocks taking home first place for Friday night was the Blaster/Napa Auto Parts Fully Loaded with a pull of 306.48 feet, in second was Silver Bullet with a pull of 297.09, third was Bambi with a pull of 293.24, fourth was Runin Bare with a pull of 286.68, fifth was Dad’s Toy with a pull of 285.85, six was the Full Tilt with a pull of 270.69, seventh was Taking Care of Business with a pull of 267.37, eighth was Out of Time with a pull of 260.78, ninth was Bad Blood with a pull of 243.14, 10th was Lessons Learned with a pull of 240.73, 11th was MMG 1000 with a pull of 190.89 and 12th was the Dominator Deere who was disqualified.

In the Mini Rod class in first was Cutting Up with a pull of 330.41 feet, in second was Splinter with a pull of 325.06, in third was The Red Fox with a pull of 320.85, fourth was the Geico with a pull of 310.42, fifth was Stress Relief with a pull of 309.37, sixth was Show No Mercy with a pull of 305.36, seventh was Sawed Up with a pull of 287.04, eighth was Buckeye Special with a pull of 282.42, ninth was Back Draft with a pull of 259.76, 10th was One Piece At A Time with a pull of 248.94, 11th was Have No Mercy with a pull of 227.89, 12th was Lost Sheep with a pull of 202.62 and 13th was Wicked Sensation with a disqualification.

Then in the E3 Spark Plugs Super Modified in first was Keeps on Ticken with a pull of 321.78 feet, second was Protect the Harvest Down & Dirty with a pull of 320.53, in third was Lucas Oil Green Streak Unlimited with a pull of 319.79, fourth went to Lucas Oil Green Streak with a pull of 315.62, fifth was Ram Mounts Dirtslinger with a pull of 307.41, in sixth was Lucas Oil Racing TV/Lucas Oil with a pull of 298.45, in seventh was Optima Batteries Kentuckian with a pull of 285.11, eighth went to Shel-Shocked with a pull of 274.52, ninth was Geico 75th Edition with a pull of 264.06, 10th was E3 Sparkplugs Takes A Lickin with a pull of 245.65 and 11th was Springfield Armory Judge Next Generation with a pull of 202.89.

The Ohio State Benefit Pull donates all proceeds to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation of Greater Dayton.
