Stewart Friesen, Caleb Holman lead NASCAR truck series Dirt Derby practice rounds at Eldora Speedway

ROSSBURG – The NASCAR trucks got to practice Tuesday night at Eldora Speedway while the big block race was underway. The truck drivers had two practices and got to practice for an hour each time.

For the first practice Stewart Friesen finished first with a Chevy followed by Ty Dillon with a Chevy in second, third was Christopher Bell with a Toyota, fourth was Ben Rhodes with a Toyota, fifth was Rico Abreu with a Toyota, sixth was Johnny Sauter with a Chevy, seventh was Chase Briscoe with a Ford, Matt Crafton with a Toyota was eighth, ninth was Noah Gragson with a Toyota and rounding out the top 10 was Caleb Holman with a Chevy. So for the top 10 there was four Chevys, five Toyotas and one Ford.

The second practice saw Caleb Holman in first with a Toyota, Christopher Bell with a Toyota was second, Ty Dillon with a Chevy was third, Matt Crafton finished fourth with a Toyota, John Hunter Nemechek was fifth with a Chevy, Johnny Satuer with a Chevy finished sixth, Chase Briscoe was seventh with a Ford, Ben Rhodes finished eighth with a Toyota, Kaz Grala with a Chevy finished ninth and Bobby Pierce with a Chevy was 10th. This means for the second practice were five Chevys, four Toyotas and one Ford in the top 10.
