Bradford junior high volleyball teams swept by Houston


BRADFORD – Houston swept Bradford’s junior high volleyball teams on Saturday.

Houston won the seventh grade match 25-17, 25-19. Bradford’s Lovena Grillot had eight points, four of which were aces. Leah Welch had four points including three aces. Remi Harleman had two points, three assists and a kill. Belle Burgett had two kills. Bella Brewer had a point.

Houston won the eighth grade match 25-11, 25-14.

Rylee Canan had seven points, two aces and a kill. Nylani Beireis had two aces. Zoe Brewer had two kills. Abby Fike had a kill and an assist. Katelynne Clack had a solo block. Karissa Weldy had an assist. Macy Bubeck had one point.

Bradford plays at National Trail on Monday.
