GREENVILLE – The Franklin Monroe boys golf team defeated Tri-Village on Monday at Turtle Creek Golf Course by the score of 177-211.

Noah Koffer and Bryce Filbrun shared medalist honors, each carding a 42. Jeremy Bridenbaugh had a 44 and Jacob Aslinger a 49. Dalton Goubeaux shot a 50 and Austin Wolf a 55 for the Jets.

Tri-Village top scores were registered by Gage Hileman with a 47, Dylan Holsapple a 51, Cohen Nelson a 56, Derek Eyer and Jakob Frech each had a 57 and Jacob Scantland with a 63.

Franklin Monroe improved to 18-4 overall and 8-2 in the Cross County Conference and will host Arcanum on Wednesday in a key CCC showdown.

Tri-Village fell to 4-4 in the CCC and will host Mississinawa Valley on Wednesday at Beechwood Golf Course.
