ARCANUM – Arcanum senior football player Daniel Coats set the program’s single-game rushing record during the Trojans’ season finale against Tri-Village on Friday.
Coats ran 40 times for 316 yards and four touchdowns in Arcanum’s 37-8 win against Tri-Village. He broke the previous school record of 306 yards, which was held by Kyle Fledderjohn.
For the season Coats ran for 1,135 yards, averaging 6.4 yards per attempt.
