ARCANUM – Arcanum High School will host the inaugural Lady Trojan Tip-Off Basketball Tournament on Nov. 24 and 25.

Teams participating in this year’s tournament include Arcanum High School, Brookville High School, Franklin Monroe High School and Springfield Northwestern High School.

Junior varsity games will be played at noon and 1:30 p.m., and the varsity games will be played at 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on both days.

The Franklin Monroe varsity girls will open the tournament against Springfield Northwestern at 6 p.m. Nov. 24. The Arcanum varsity girls team will open the tournament against Brookville at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 24.

Admission is $5 for junior varsity games and $6 for varsity games. No passes will be accepted.

On Nov. 25, the Arcanum Athletic Department will hold a pulled pork dinner from 4-7 p.m. in the high school cafetorium. Fans can enjoy dinner before the teams play. Tickets are $8 and can be purchased from any Arcanum High School girl basketball player or from Mrs. Kramer in the attendance office during school hours. Limited amount of dinners will be available for purchase the night of the event.
