UNION CITY – The Mississinawa Valley girls basketball team lost a Cross County Conference game to Miami East 75-29 on Thursday.
Miami East built a 19-6 lead in the first quarter and extended it to 36-13 at halftime. The Vikings pushed their lead to 53-17 in the third quarter en route to the 75-29 win.
Kelsie Hunt led Mississinawa Valley with 10 points in the game. Also for the Lady Hawks, Madison Stachler scored eight points, Leslie Dirksen scored six, Olivia Murphy scored four, and Sidnie Hunt scored one.
