The time is now to plan for the second Annual Union City Arts Festival. Last year, the inaugural festival with great success with much help from Ball State University, community members and officials, and of course our generous sponsors. Without the help from the community, the event would not have been a success.

Residents and officials from Union City, Indiana and Ohio are working diligently on this event.

This year, on Sept. 11 and 12, Union City Indiana will host the second annual Union City Arts Festival – a celebration of the arts and culture of Union City, with an emphasis on creating opportunities for emerging artists working across diverse media. The festival will take place over a five block radius throughout downtown Union City. The celebration begins Friday night with a juried art show and main stage performance by Chris Hawkey. Saturday, the festival kicks off with ambitious programming to feature art exhibitions, numerous musical performances including music legend Rick Derringer, children’s programming, culinary demonstrations, storefront installations, outdoor video projections, a beer garden and more.

Sponsorship categories

Corporate sponsorships

$2500 Preferred Platinum

This category will include recognition of corporate, local business, organization or individual name, email and number (if desired) in all program and promotional materials regarding the Arts Festival. Preferred Platinum sponsors will also receive 25 VIP tickets for reserved seating at 6 p.m. performances on both Friday and Saturday in a prime location, 4* tickets for Dinner with Derringer with photo opportunities, 25 VIP t-shirts, a private VIP beer/wine section, complimentary snacks and 25 complimentary drink tickets. Chair rental is available at $2 per chair. Air-conditioned private restrooms and preferred parking available. Additionally, you will be invited to attend the opening of the festival to be held at the Historic Depot on Sept. 11. T-shirts will be required for entrance after 6 p.m. each day.

$1000 Club

This category will include recognition of corporate, local business, organization or individual name, email and number (if desired) in all program and promotional materials regarding the Arts Festival. $1000 Club sponsors will also receive 10 tickets for 6 p.m. performances on both Friday and Saturday. Additionally, you will be invited to attend the opening of the festival to be held at the Historic Depot on Sept. 11. T-shirts will be required for entrance after 6 p.m. each day.

$500 Gold

This category will include donor name designated in all program and promotional materials regarding the arts festival, if desired. $500 Gold sponsors will receive 5 tickets for 6 p.m. performances on both Friday and Saturday. Additionally, you will be invited to attend the opening of the festival to be held at the Historic Depot on Sept. 11. T-shirts will be required for entrance after 6 p.m. each day.

$250 Silver

This category will include donor name designated in all program and promotional materials regarding the arts festival, if desired. Additionally, you will be invited to attend the opening of the festival to be held at the Historic Depot on Sept. 11. T-shirts will be required for entrance after 6 p.m. each day.
