BMI announces fall entertainment

VERSAILLES — BMI Indoor Speedway has announced a fall entertainment lineup full of belly laughing, foot stomping, body slamming and some hardcore head banging.

Kicking things off this weekend will be the band Saliva, taking the stage Oct. 10. Opening acts will be Able Danger, Downfall NSB and Kelen Heller. Doors open at 6 p.m., and the show starts at 7.

David Allan Coe, one of the original outlaws of country music, will perform Oct. 24. Doors open at 6 p.m., and the show starts at 7. The opening act will be Kings Landing. Tickets are $20 for presale and $25 at the door.

Nov. 7 will start off the evening with comedian, ventriloquist, juggler and magician Mike Hemmelgarn taking the stage at 6 p.m., followed by W.A.R. Professional Wrestling starting at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $8 for general admission and $15 for reserved front row seating.

On Nov. 28, Jackyl, the hard rock/heavy metal/Southern rockers who burst onto the scene in 1991, will perform. The opening act will be Latter. Doors open at 6 p.m., and the show starts at 7. Presale tickets are $20, and tickets are $25 at the door.

Rounding out the season is a well-known face from one of the most popular rock bands of the ’90s. Bret Michaels, former front man of the band Poison and current solo artist, brings his “True Grit” tour to the BMI stage Dec. 5. Doors open at 6 p.m., and the show starts at 7. Tickets are $30 for presale and $40 at the door.
