TROY — Miami County detectives are investigating one William “Bill” E. Durham, age 47, of Union Township for sexual assault involving a minor under age 13.

A Miami County Grand Jury recently returned the following indictments against Durham: two counts rape involving a minor under 13; one count gross sexual imposition; and eight counts of illegal use of minor in nudity-oriented material.
