GREENVILLE — The Darke County Genealogical Society, Inc. presents the Fall Genealogy Workshop with featured speaker Dana Palmer. This workshop will be held Saturday, Oct. 12, from 9:15 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. Doors open at 8:30 a.m., at Garst Museum, Lowell Thomas Meeting Room, 205 N. ‘Broadway, Greenville.
Lecture topics include:
1. Connect Your Family: Useful Research Strategies
2. Using Cluster Research to Prove Kinship
3. Finding your family in the U.K.
4. What Test Should I Take? Intro to DNA Research
Pack your lunch or restaurants are nearby, drinks and dessert furnished with juice, coffee, and rolls/muffins and fruit available in the morning. There will be door prizes and handouts.
Registration at the door is $25.
