UNION CITY, Ohio — Von and Doris Ebeling and the late Rich Livingston II of Union City, Ohio, announce the engagement of their daughter, Mallory Margaret Livingston, to Ryan Hunter Burns, son of Doug and Brenda Burns of Arcanum.
