DARKE COUNTY — Ohio Republican Party Central Committeewoman (5th district) serving Darke, Miami, Montgomery and Preble Counties Stephanie Garrett was the guest speaker at the September meeting of the Darke County Republican Women’s Club (DCRWC).

She spoke of her family and her work as Committeewoman. She also shared information regarding the forming of the Declaration of Independence.

The next meeting will be held Monday, Oct. 10 at Chestnut Village/Brethren Retirement Community at 6:30 p.m. Reservations for dinner must be made with Wavelene Denniston at 547-6477 by noon on Thursday, Oct. 6.
