NeuroConnect connects survivors and family

VERSAILLES — Officials at Versailles Health Care Center invite the public to its quarterly event for survivors of stroke and brain injury and their families. NeuroConnect meets to connect survivors and their families with positive support and beneficial resources.

The next NeuroConnect will be held on Thursday at 4 p.m. at Versailles Health Care Center. The guest speaker will be Carol Gigandet of Versailles. Her husband, Roger, is a survivor of a stroke in 2015. She will share their story.

As usual, the event will be led by Dr. Stephen Winner, facility rehab director and physical therapist, and Tammy Moyar, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.

This is a free meeting for survivors of stroke and brain injury and their families. Light snacks and beverages will be provided.
