ANSONIA — The Ansonia Fire Department will be hosting its annual chicken barbecue on Palm Sunday, April 9, at 11:30 a.m. until sold out at the firehouse, 110 W. Weller St.

Cost is $7 per dinner.

Four hundred dinners are available this year. Each meal consists of half a chicken, roll, applesauce and chips.

It will be drive-thru or dine in.

All proceeds will support the fire department to ensure it can continue to provide the best possible service to the community.
