Safety around water

The Darke County YMCA wrapped up its Safety Around Water Program for kids on Thursday. The program was offered at the Versailles and Greenville branches and was designed to reduce children’s risk of drowning by teaching them basic water safety skills. In addition, kids were taught the meaning of core values: respect, responsibility, caring and honesty.
