DARKE COUNTY — Deputies in Darke County are investigating a single-vehicle crash that occurred Sunday evening.

On March 20 at 8:18 p.m., Darke County Sheriff’s Deputies, along with Greenville Township Fire Department, Greenville Township Rescue and Miami Valley CareFlight, responded to a single-vehicle accident in the 3000 block of Greenville-Nashville Road.

Preliminary investigation revealed that Bryan Worden, 32, of Greenville, lost control of his 2002 Honda Accord, striking a power pole and causing injury. He told deputies he was not wearing his seat belt at the time of the accident.

Worden was flown by CareFlight to Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio, where he is listed in serious condition.

This crash remains under investigation.
