Employees honored for milestones

GREENVILLE – Darke County employees who have reached anniversary milestones were honored with a luncheon by the county commissioners Friday.

County department heads played host to their honored employees and presented them with a certificate and pin for their achievement.

The greatest milestone was reached by Joe VanVickle, who has served for 40 years with the county coroner’s office.

Also honored were the following:

-Community Development Coordinator Jeff Marshall, 15 years

-Juvenile/Probate Court, Elizabeth Lewis, 15 years

-Auditor’s Office, Emily Thornhill, 20 years; Diana Floyd, 15 years; Roseann Schieltz, 20 years

-Treasurer’s Office, Mary VandenBosch, 30 years

-Engineer’s Office/Highway Department, Richard Shafer, 20 years; Keith Keiser, 15 years; Kevin Osterloh, 15 years

-Board of Developmental Disabilities, Patrick Clopp, 25 years; Jeff Miller, 25 years; Roxanne Beck, 30 years

-Job and Family Services, Bonnie Whitesel, administration, 25 years; Andrea Franck, children services, 15 years; Bree Monnin, legal and long term care, 15 years; Sherry Mueller, legal and long term care, 20 years; Kathy Stryker, administration, 20 years; Tim Tyo, children services, 25 years
