BRADFORD – The Darke County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a car accident Friday that seriously injured a young man.

On July 8 at 1:38 p.m. Darke County Sheriffs Deputies, along with Bradford Fire Department, Bradford Rescue and Miami Valley Careflight, responded to the single-vehicle injury accident in the 8300 block of Horatio Harris Creek Road.

The preliminary investigation revealed that Levi Brown, 18, of Covington, Ohio, lost control of his 1992 Honda Accord. Brown’s vehicle struck a power pole. Brown was flown by Careflight to Miami Valley Hospital.
