WINCHESTER – The Randolph County 4-H Junior Leaders invite the community to come and join them for their annual Trick or Treat Halloween Open House from 6-8 p.m. Oct. 29 at the Randolph County Fairgrounds.

This will be a fun evening with games, crafts, candy and free pumpkins. Guests can join this fun family activity offered at no charge. Youth and adults are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes and attire. Youth must be chaperoned by an adult.
