GREENVILLE – Village Green Health Campus, a Trilogy senior living community, invites community members to join its third annual Gingerbread Bazaar from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dec. 1 at Village Green Health Campus.
Community members are welcomed to join in on the festivities free of charge. They may even enjoy cheesy potato soup in a bread bowl, a hot chocolate bar and assorted holiday cookies with Village Green Health Center residents for a suggested $5 donation benefiting United Way of Darke County.
As the sweet smell of candy fills the air, guests will be invited to view the gingerbread house contest entries. Contest participants are encouraged to show off their sugary skills as they compete for one of the top three places and the Viewer’s Choice Award. Participants can bring their gingerbread houses to the campus anytime from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Nov. 30. There is no entry fee; for complete rules call 937-548-1993.
In addition to the competition, the event will feature booths from local vendors and live entertainment by Dan Anderson.
