Ansonia celebrates Halloween

ANSONIA — Chilly temperatures didn’t keep the ghosts, goblins and other masqueraders away from the Ansonia Fire Department’s chili supper and parade Thursday night.

The Ansonia Fire Department served food prior to the parade at the firehouse.

Masqueraders were judged after they paraded down Main Street and around to the fire department.

Monetary prizes were give away to the winners, and the house decorating winners were announced.
