PHILLIPSBURG – The Village of Phillipsburg has sworn in Doug Allen as mayor to finish the term started by Mayor Cheryl Crabtree in 2016 set to take effect May 1.
Village of Phillipsburg mayor and council also appointed Justin Saunders as fire chief effective immediately. Chief Saunders has been a part of Phillipsburg Fire Department for 11 years and comes highly recommended by former Phillipsburg Fire Department Chief Matthew Rhoades.
