They are pleased to announce that Jane Dippold will be this year’s judge and juror. Jane loves to work in watercolor, colored pencil and some digital, as well as paper collage. She has created artwork for children’s books and magazines. She also creates hand painted paper collage of landscape, flowers and birds found in western Ohio.
