GREENVILLE – Local author Julie Kramer returns to the Greenville Public Library for her second “Sign & Share” on Thursday, Oct. 3 at 6 p.m. Kramer is a college student who writes YA literature. She will discuss the process of hitting the USA Today bestseller list and how it’s changed her writing process. She will have her books for sale and signing after the presentation.
