DARKE COUNTY — Midmark’s Gifts from the Heart, a corporate group of volunteers that helps to support local residents in need, is sponsoring its First Annual Gifts from the Heart Golf Outing, set for Saturday, April 24, 2021, beginning at 12 noon, at the Stillwater Valley Golf Club, located at 9235 Seibt Road,in Versailles.
Registration for the event begins at 12 noon, with Shotgun start at 1 p.m. Awards will be given at 6 p.m., and food will be provided for the event. The first place winner will have their choice of four door prizes (four person scramble). There will be raffle, 50/50 drawing, and a chance to win $10K for a hole in one. Registration fee ( team of four) is $250, and includes green fees, golf cart, meal at the turn and 20 door prize tickets. Hole sponsorships are available.
Gifts from the Heart provides support to families in need in the Darke, Shelby, Auglaize, Mercer, and Miami county areas. Making the holidays brighter for local families in need, and to help those who have fallen on hard times due to injury, illness, or other reasons is the goal of this all-volunteer group. Donations can include monetary payments, food or gifts. With the community’s generosity and support, Gifts from the Heart will continue to make a positive difference in every life it touches.
