VERSAILLES – On Oct. 12, the Versailles FFA participated in the State Soil Judging Competition in North Lewisburg. Members that participated were Deanna Hesson, Sara Cavin, and Alex Kaiser. The team placed 36th in the state level after placing in the top five in the district. The team was led by Sara Cavin. As part of Rural Soil Judging FFA members evaluated four soils pits, took a written test on soil management and soil survey book.
