-12:30 p.m.: identity theft. A Greenville resident reported someone used her personal information to file a tax return.

June 30

-6:57 a.m.: vandalism. Damage to a car was reported at Hiddson and 13th. The vehicle appeared to have been dented by a large traffic cone.

-11:49 a.m.: theft. A notebook computer was reported stolen from the front step of a trailer at Olwines Trailer Park, Sebring-Warner Road, after it was delivered while the owner was away.

July 1

-9:56 a.m.: warrant. Joseph Flory was arrested at a residence in the 400 block of Front Street on an active warrant from Miami County for failing to appear on a drug charge. He was transferred to Miami County deputies.

-4:17 p.m.: warrant. Jeanna York was arrested at the Greenville Police Department on an active warrant for trafficking heroin. She was transported to the Darke County jail and held without bond.

-8:42 p.m.: warrant. Zachery Flippo was apprehended by Sidney Police and transferred to Greenville officers. He was then placed under arrest on an active warrant for failure to appear for reckless operation and operating a vehicle without a license. He was transported to Darke County jail and incarcerated with a $1,025 bond.

July 2

-6 p.m.: theft. A lawnmower was reported stolen from a residence in the 300 block of East Water Street.

July 3

-1:38 a.m.: fugitive. Sidney Police arrested Michael Huckleby on a warrant out of Greenville and transferred him to Greenville Police.

July 5

-6:18 a.m.: DUS. Jordan Jenkinson was arrested for driving under suspension. He also was cited for an out-of-state DUS and peeling.

July 6

-2:52 p.m.: theft. Police responded to a report of medication stolen from a Winter Drive residence.

July 8

-2:42 p.m.: theft. Police responded to a report of theft from a vehicle parked in the 200 block of Riffle Avenue. Cash, jewelry and medication were reported stolen.

July 9

-2:06 p.m.: drug possession. Police responded to a report of a possible suicide but found at the location, the 1500 block of Wagner Avenue, Jesse Rhoades slumped over behind the steering wheel of a truck. Police observed a plastic bag containing heroin capsules, which Rhoades reportedly confirmed he had purchased and snorted one. Rhoads was transported to Darke County jail and held without bond.

-5 p.m.: warrant. William Lee Smith Jr., 56, was located at his residence in the 1100 block of Front Street and was arrested on a felony warrant for trafficking in heroin. He was transported to the Darke County Jail and held without bond.

Accidents

-Gregory J. Robinette, 43, of Greenville, was cited for an assured clear distance violation after rear-ending the vehicle driven by Peggy A. Steinmetz, 64, of Greenville, while it was stopped in traffic on Wagner Avenue July 3 at 2:51 p.m.

-Noah Sabroff, 16, of Greenville, was cited for failure to yield at an alley following a collision July 7 at 3:35 p.m. According to the crash report, Dustin S. Lyons, 26, of Greenville, was westbound in the 600 block of Fair Street when Sabroff pulled out in front of him from an alley, and Lyons struck him, causing the Sabroff vehicle to spin into a utility pole. Victoria K. Hobbs, 20, of Greenville, and Kyleigh Hall, 20, of Piqua, both passengers in the Sabroff vehicle, was transported by Greenville Township Rescue to Wayne HealthCare for possible injuries. Both vehicles had functional damage.
