WINCHESTER, Ind. — A Saratoga man has been arrested and charged with two counts of child molesting.

On September 22, Kiante Christopher Enis, age 19, of 211 E Main St., Saratoga, Indiana was arrested and charged with the crimes, which are a level 3 felony.

On September 21, Randolph County Sheriffs Department received a report of a possible relationship between Enis and a child 13 years of age or younger. Interviews were conducted by Randolph County Sheriffs Detectives in which both the child and Enis admitted to a consensual sexual encounter that occurred on at least two occasions in Randolph County.

At the conclusion of the investigation, Enis was booked into the Randolph County Jail and held under a $20,000 bond for the alleged offense. A level 3 felony carries a penalty upon conviction of three to 16 years in prison and a fine of up to $10,000.
