Oct. 21

-8:20 p.m.: theft. A woman reported losing an envelope containing approximately $145 cash at Walmart.

Oct. 24

-2:08 p.m.: warrant. Joshua Shelton was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant out of Montgomery County for possession of drugs. He was incarcerated at the Darke County jail then transferred to Montgomery County authorities.

-2:25 p.m.: warrant. Savannah Pitsenbarger was taken into custody on an active warrant out of Greenville for driving under suspension. She was incarcerated at the Darke County jail on a $2,525 bond.

-10:51 p.m.: warrant. Todd Daniels was arrested on two outstanding warrants for failure to appear on a theft violation and failure to appear on a tax violation. During his arrest, he caused damage to the police cruiser. Additional charges are pending. He was incarcerated on a $4,050 bond for the two warrants.

Oct. 25

-2:24 p.m.: domestic violence. Roger Houseman was arrested and transported to Darke County jail on a domestic violence summons.

Accidents

-Andrew Wilson Boevers, 18, of Greenville, was cited for an assured clear distance ahead violation after rearending another vehicle Oct. 21 at 3:45 p.m.

Boevers was northbound on North Broadway and struck the rear of the vehicle driven by Donald L. Cummins, 81, of West Milton, when he was stopped in traffic. Damage to both vehicles was minor.

-Carol L. Bubeck, 69, of Greenville, was cited for failure to yield at a stop sign following a two-vehicle collision Oct. 23 at 12:35 p.m.

Bubeck pulled from the stop sign at Kitchenaid Way and East Russ Road into the path of Timothy W. Bryant Sr., 57, of West Manchester. Both vehicles sustained functional damage.

-Ashley M. Woods, 25, of Greenville, was cited for a stop sign violation following a two-vehicle property damage collision Oct. 24 at 10:40 a.m.

According to the crash report, Woods ran the stop sign at 12th and Hiddeson, striking the vehicle driven by Kristin M. Wolford, 31, of Greenville, which was crossing in the intersection.

Both vehicles sustained disabling damage.

-Magan Rae Plessinger, 28, of Greenville, was cited for an assured clear distance ahead violation after rearending a vehicle Oct. 24 at 2:43 p.m.

Plessinger struck the rear of the vehicle driven by Ashley M. Ramirez, 27, of Union City, Ohio, as it slowed in traffic on South Broadway. Both vehicles had minor damage.
