EATON — The Preble Soil & Water Conservation District is offering a $1,000 college scholarship to a Preble County high school graduate who is entering their sophomore year or above at an accredited college.

They must be a full-time student pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree in the field of agriculture or natural resources, and registered for fall term of 2016.
