BRADFORD – Bradford’s Abby Gade made a 3-point shot at the buzzer to lead the Lady Railroader eighth grade basketball team to a 38-36 win against Covington on Tuesday.

Skipp Miller led Bradford with 21 points in the win against Covington. Also for the Lady Railroaders, Mercedes Smith scored eight points, Abby Gade scored five, Emma Canan scored two, and Cassi Mead scored two.

Bradford’s eighth grade girls basketball team also beat Bethel 32-28

Mercedes Smith led Bradford with nine points against Bethel while Skipp Miller scored eight points, Cassi Mead scored six, Emma Canan scored five, Abby Gade scored two, and Jercika Thacker scored two.
