CASSTOWN – The Ansonia Lady Tigers traveled to Miami East Thursday evening to take on the Vikings and lost the game 70-47.
Brooke Neal led the Tigers in scoring with17 points. Jailyn Thwaits added 12 points, Bailey Stammen had eight points, and Aliya Barga chipped in with six points.
The Tigers now stand at 6-6 on the season and 3-4 in Cross County Conference play. The Tigers will be back in action on Saturday at Mississinawa Valley and a boys and girls basketball doubleheader.
