“We did very well today,” Arcanum coach Rick Stone said. “Central Catholic is a very young program who is trying to build them up. We hit very well today. We also had a great defense show up today ready to play. Some of our pitchers who pitched today have not pitched for four and eight years but we are trying to get them some playing time so that we can have them ready if we ever need extra pitchers. Overall it was great game; we had good hits, and great pitching.”

The offense leaders for the first game were Loganne Stone and Kinney with three hits and Bruns, Clark and Siculan with two hits each.

After the second game the offense leaders were Zell with three hits and a home run and Sharritts with two hits including a home run.
