Mississinawa Valley boys golf loses to Miami East

GREENVILLE – The Mississinawa Valley boys golf team dropped a league match to Miami East 187-240 on Tuesday at White Springs Golf Club.

The Blackhawks were led by Mason Hiestand with a 55, Mason Hummel with a 59, Kyler Guillozet with a 61 and Ethan Dirksen with a 65. Jake Connor added a 73 and Matt Slyder a 79 for the Blackhawks, but those scores would not be included in the match.

For Miami East Dylan Martinez shot a nine-hole round of 44, Walker Henley shot a 46, Zac Johnson shot a 47 and Jack Runner shot a 50 for a total of 187 in the win.
