Greenville cross country teams finish in top 10 at Eaton

EATON – The Greenville high school boys and girls cross country teams finished in the top 10 on Saturday at the Eaton Cross Country Invitational.

The Greenville high school girls finished sixth as a team in the Division II race. Grace Coakley led the Lady Wave by finishing 26th overall in 22:35.39, Tiffany Strobel finished in 22:40.68, Brooke Perreira finished in 23:32.90, Hayley Maher finished in 23:33.61, Rachel Unger finished in 24:34.79 Macy Godown finished in 26:11.13, and Kelsie Ruble finished in 26:39.64.

Greenville’s high school boys finished eighth in the Division I race. Andrew Kocher led the Green Wave by finishing 25th overall in 18:32.98,

Seth Unger finished in 19:42.45, Jacob Subler finished in 19:47.05, Jack Holbrook finished in 19:51.38, Dodge Sucharda finished in 20:06.21, Caleb Browder finished in 20:21.59, Matt Karns finished in 20:49.51, Levi Emrick finished in 21:45.47, Tyler Strait finished in 23:52.09, Branson Leigeber finished in 24:16.55, and Nicholas Colby finished in 32:14.87.

Greenville’s junior high boys finished ninth as a team. Riley Emrick finished in 14th place with a time of 12:22.20, Alex Subler finished in 12:22.94, Gabriel Stevens finished in 13:57.69, Anson Phillips finished in 13:58.69, Jacob Watson finished in 14:04.28, Seth Shaffer finished in 14:14.38, Wyatt Rammel finished in 14:41.16, Kameron Wallace finished in 15:05.30, Christopher Hadden finished in 15:39.64, Koller Winterrowd finished in 15:51.27, Ashton Shaffer finished in 16:15.39, Dalton Swank finished in 16:18.44, Andrew Potter finished in 19:50.88, and Alex Snell finished in 26:23.10.

The Greenville junior high girls finished 14th as a team. Isabelle Rammel finished 24th in 14:58.61, Grace Conway finished in 16:36.32, Mackenzie Baker finished in 18:04.73, Mollie McLear finished in 20:34.47, and Isabella Smith finished in 22:07.27.
