BRADFORD – Bradford’s junior high volleyball teams finished the regular season with Cross County Conference wins against Newton on Monday.

Bradford’s seventh graders beat Newton 25-18, 25-27, 25-10.

The Railroaders’ Abby Fike had 17 points, six aces, four assists and three kills. Zoe Brewer had eight points, two aces and three kills. Alexis Barhorst had two aces and three kills. Rylee Canan had two aces and five assists. Macy Bubeck had three kills. Maddie Simons had one kill. Nylani Beireis had an ace.

Bradford’s seventh grade team ended the CCC regular season with a 6-5 record.

Bradford’s eighth grade team beat Newton 25-11, 25-23.

The Railroaders’ Maggie Manuel had two aces, two kills and an assist. Emma Canan had eight points and two kills. Kendall Hill had three aces, two assists and a kill. Buzz Brewer had an ace and four kills. Cassi Mead had three aces and five assists. Kiersten Kitts had one kill. Aliviyah Boggs had one assist. Abby Gade and Courtney Monnin both had two aces while Hailee Baker had one ace.

Bradford’s eighth graders finished the CCC regular season with a 6-6 record.

The Bradford teams will begin play in the CCC tournament on Thursday.
