VERSAILLES – Versailles’ 2016-17 winter sports parent meeting will be held on Oct. 17.

The Ohio High School Athletic Association presentation will be held by Athletic Director Doug Giere at 7:30 p.m. in the cafetorium. This is a mandatory meeting for any athlete and parent who did not participate in a 2016 fall sport at Versailles.

All winter athletes and parents will meet in the cafetorium at 8:15 p.m. before being dismissed to the individual sport meetings.

Paperwork required by the athletics department includes a Versailles athlete consent form (one per year), concussion form (one per year), parent athlete contract (one per season) and sports physical 2016-17 (one per calendar year). All paperwork is due by Oct. 26 in the high school office.

During the winter season Versailles offers high school boys and girls basketball, junior high boys and girls basketball, high school wrestling, junior high wrestling, high school boys and girls bowling and high school boys and girls swimming.
