KETTERING – The Greenville varsity competition cheerleading squad brought home first place for the Greater Western Ohio Conference North in the annual GWOC cheerleading competition held at Trent Arena in Kettering on Dec. 3.

After a splendid routine and a long wait for the results the girls were elated when Greenville was called up to receive the trophy. The varsity competition squad was under the direction of Coach Molly McMiller who said, “The girls have worked so hard for this, and they couldn’t be more deserving.”

Also bringing home the fourth place medals in the junior high division was the Greenville Junior High competition squad, which is coached by Jessica Gonzales. The Greenville cheer program is coordinated by Tiffany Labig.
