Ansonia cheerleaders encourage fans to wear pink for basketball game

ANSONIA – The Ansonia High School cheerleaders invite everyone to join them Friday by wearing pink to the basketball game against National Trail.

National Trail recently lost a student, Olivia Wallace, in an automobile accident, and Ansonia is joining several other Darke County schools in helping to offset some of the funeral costs.

The money raised at the cake raffle will be donated to this cause. The cheerleaders also are selling a few baked goods, and anyone who would like to donate something should bring it to the game.

Also, The Kirsten Schlarman Foundation will match the amount raised up to $500.
