Greenville girls golf team loses at Beavercreek

BEAVERCREEK – The Greenville girls golf team lost 193-198 to Beavercreek on Tuesday at Beavercreek Golf Club.

Jada Garland led Greenville with a nine-hole round of 44. Also for the Lady Wave, Ashley Karns shot a 48, Madelyn Breig shot a 51, and Lainey Oswalt shot a 55.

Beavercreek’s Sarah O’Connor led all golfers with a round of 42. Also for the Beavers, Hannah Purdin shot a 45, Jennifer Meek shot a 51, and Ally Barnett shot a 55.

Greenville won the junior varsity match against Beavercreek 259-299.

Greenville’s Jessica Mortensen led the junior varsity golfers with a round of 60. Also for the Lady Wave, Kelli Kretschmar shot a 61, Makenzi Glancy shot a 64, and Katie Hurd shot a 74.

Tori Robinson led Beavercreek’s junior varsity with a round of 67. Also for the Beavers, Tabitha Perry shot a 75, Skyla Snyder shot a 76, and Bailey Williams shot an 81.

On Wednesday Greenville’s junior varsity girls golf team beat Vandalia-Butler 233-253 at Turtle Creek Golf Course.

Kylie Beam led Greenville with a round of 51, Lainey Oswalt shot a 56, Kelli Kretschmar shot a 61, and Makenzi Glancy shot a 65.

Hailee Perry led Butler with a 50, Elly Tukes shot a 64, Alexa Nguyen shot a 68, and Jordan Lewis shot a 71.
